World Crown Penal Code

The general purpose of this penal code titled 1 W.C.P.C § CCMM1, is to  define for the purposes of general education and to account to the public the charges of conspiracy to cover up mass murder, a charge that is used by the world crown in the processes of justice.

1 W.C.P.C. § CCMM1,

(a) conspiracy to cover up any crime such as  murder or mass murder.

The conspiracy to cover up the crime of murder or mass murder is a high crime and a very serious offense.  It adds the charge of accomplice to murder making the conspirators share in responsibility for the crimes that they are working to cover up.

The crimes which are being judged by God include all premeditated murders, mass murders which were unresolved, poorly resolved, went unnoticed or undetected, or intentionally ignored

Many problems begin with fraud  1 W.C.P.C § M3F such as a person or secret society member who knowing they  have committed  serious crimes present themselves as a public servant

Fraud  1 W.C.P.C § M3F includes the presenting of virtual leaders all of whom were connected or not connected to secret societies, syndicates, mafias  et al and whose crimes include but are not limited to: Fraud, Murder, Serial Murder, Ritual Murder(s), Ethnic cleansing, Genocide, Atrocities, Sacrifices, Massacres, Mass Murder and Conspiracy to commit Murder, Serial Murder, Ritual Murder(s), Ethnic cleansing, Genocide, Atrocities, Sacrifices, Massacres, Mass Murder
