World Crown Penal Code
The general purpose of this penal code titled 1 W.C.P.C § M1, is to offer the World Crown’s definition of a high crime 1 W.C.P.C § M1, or 1 W.C.P.C § M2, meaning a crime of highest nature such as murder or mass murder.
1 W.C.P.C. § M1
Section 1
Murder (a) the unlawful killing of a human being and highest crime by the standards of the World Crown.(b) a crime of passion (c) a conspiracy by one or more persons to intentionally take the life of another person.
W.C.P.C § M1 (Murder 1) includes every definition of murder and occludes all legalism that attempts to make this term arbitrary.
W.C.P.C § M1 definition includes ritual murder committed by practices such as freemasonry or by any person or secret society who aspires to murder or perform human sacrifices. This definition can include any murder or killing (animal, environmental or human) committed for any political, cult or occult reason to generate magic; or for reasons of bad intent to further atheism, anarchy, white supremacy, racial supremacy, freemasonry (all rites degrees inc. satanism) or any political creed or cult.
Animals
Section 2
For purposes of clarity the terminating of the life of an animal or animals for humane reasons, to protect people or for food is not considered murder or mass murder. The World Crown acknowledges all laws that work to protect humans, animals, mammals and endangered species and which do not impede or work to impede any greater justice being sought by the world crown. No rule, laws or set laws will impede the world crown from attaining a higher justice to protect life and the health and safety of animals, the planet and citizens around the world.

Machines and technology nor any innovation, philosophy or creed is to be used to kill people. No kind of killing by people for whatever reason is acceptable. This is in accordance with the commandment of God “Thou shalt not kill.”

“Thou shalt not kill.” This means you can’t kill or sacrifice or develop any word method or system to try to bypass this commandment of God.”
People, musical artists, industry and all forms of expression which use the word “sacrifice” if not otherwise explicitly stated are presumed to be referring to sacrifices which relate to the giving up of something which is special and personal to the person and by this we don’t mean a baby, or another human, plant or animal life for the purposes of ritual sacrifice.

People, musical artists, industry and all forms of expression which intentionally use symbolism to denote their cult intentions and symbols of freemasonry, nazism, atheism, satanism or their equivalents automatically connect them to most dangerous and murderous conspiracies in the word. Listening to the music of Wagner does not mean a person is a Nazi or a white supremacist. Liking astrology and zodiac does not mean a person is a satanist or a serial killer. Murder and intentional killing by or through whatever name and designation is not acceptable and subjected to the Judgment of God in the absence of better law enforcement and juris prudence.
